Josh showed up at our home the same day I called. We were having issues with our heating and heat pump. Josh was able to see that our thermostat was wired for a heat pump but there was no heat pump in the downstairs system, only the upper the floors had a heat pump. Josh rewired our system and everything works fantastic. The system that was wired wrong was due to me installing a new blue tooth thermostat with the understanding that it was a heat pump system. This is what happens when a west coaster becomes a east coaster and has never seen or heard of a heat pump. Josh was great and I now know who I will call with all my HVAC problems.

We have been using Butler heating an air for years. They always get us scheduled promptly for our furnace and AC servicing every year. Technicians are always prompt, courteous and do a great job. Highly recommend
