Brian is the best of the best. Anyone who says otherwise has no clue what they are talking about. He came and gave us an estimate which beat all other competitors, almost $10,000 cheaper than JES which was going to absolutely overcharge us. Once approved the work was done within a week. We had our entire basement waterproofed and pump installed. We have had zero problems and would recommend to anyone needed their services. Not only has he done our house but also for family members and handfuls of jobs for others that I know and not a single person has a bad thing to say. 10/10 give them a call!!!!!!

Our home had so much water pressure coming up through the slab in the basement that water would shoot up through the concrete about 6 inches with heavy rains. Brian came out and assessed the situation, seemed very knowledgeable and suggested a plan. Brian's guys came out and did the job in a few days, last December, and our basement hasn't seen a drop of water since. Bone Dry can do the job, but if you're any kind of gay you should stay away. After sitting down with the owner and discussing my crawlspace - he asked me if I was transitioning (I'm transgender). He said that he didn't mind if he got my business or not, and that he loved everyone and didn't think it was my fault I was transgender, and then spent the next 30-45 minutes talking about how fertilizer changes decades ago led to an increasing amount of birth defects including babies that aren't born with appropriate levels of hormones as a result of nutrient deficient vegetables. And that this hormone deficiency creates people like me, and that I should seek to consume vitamin supplements with the implication that it might address the root cause of my "birth defect". We used Bone Dry almost 10 years ago for crawl space encapsulation work. We are selling our house now and the buyer's inspector said the work was really well done. They were less expensive than the big guys and were great to work with. It's a great thing when the work you pay for stands the test of time.

My basement leakage problems were totally eliminated when Bone Dry installed a drainage collection and sump pump removal system beneath my basement flooring.
