Jake from Booker Electrical came onsite to service our Generac. Jake is highly proficient in his skills and meticulous in his work practices. A bonus is that Jake is very personable, cheerful and polite which makes hosting him onsite a pleasant and happy experience. I recently had Booker Electrical Services upgrade my commercial building to 3 phase and bring all of my panels up to code. They also wired our 3 phase spray booth. They showed up when they said they were going to, charged a very fair price, held true to their quote, communicated well and did a very clean job. The staff is professional and knowledgeable all the way from the owner to the electricians on site. We "inherited" a generator when we purchased our house over the summer and knew it needed to be serviced before winter really hits. We were connected with Booker Electrical Services via the Generac website and were quickly contacted to set up an appointment. Brandon was great to work with. He quickly identified that our generator needed a new battery in addition to the general maintenance and replaced it then and there.
