I contracted with MD England and Sons, back in April to finish my very large basement. The day after signing the contracted, Mark and his construction Team showed up to start this very extensive project. Ryan, Mark’s son, was the project leader and the person I had, pretty much, daily contact with. The Team worked diligently and skillfully each day and left each day by cleaning and sweeping the worksite. They were all very congenial and professional. The Team were very respectful of my home and myself. I can’t speak more highly of Ryan, who updated me regularly and was open to my suggestions and even some changes as we moved along with the project. He was amazingly creative and so pleasant. We are absolutely thrilled with our renovated/new basement. The finished work surpassed my expectations. The team was amazing. They were dependable, professional, and very talented and skilled. We expected the basement to be done in 12 weeks and they completed it earlier. They cleaned up every night before they left. We met Mark for the first time several years before feeling prepared to actually start our basement project. He was so kind, informative, helpful, and patient while we saved and figured out what we wanted and needed. Mark and his team exceeded my expectations for this project in every way I can think of. We had him look at our basement three years ago, and had a quote provided free of charge. And while we did not elect to do the project at the time there was absolutely no pressure from them to make a sale (unlike some of the other places you can go!!) and we knew if we did the work, that we would call him back. Imagine my surprise when I called back and he remembered who we were, and had the original quote pulled up to discuss within minutes. We met again, made a plan and launched the project with actual dates and milestone expectations set up front.
