I had a pump scheduled for Tuesday with BOOM TOWN MASTER April 1, 2025. I even called earlier that same day and spoke with Beau Lemaster, who confirmed that the pump would be on-site for the concrete pour. The concrete trucks arrived, but THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. The concrete trucks had to leave, and I lost $10,000 worth of concrete. They do not answer my calls. When I called from another phone, they picked up, but as soon as I gave them the address, they hung up and never answered again. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Be very cautious with this company—completely unprofessional, they refuse to take responsibility, and they cause significant financial losses for clients who trust their word.
