I really hate this... when we called they answered immediately and quickly came to the house and gave us a quote. They ask for cash which we paid, a huge mistake! They didn't complete half the work quoted, and when we called the girlfriend answered and said he was hurt but would get right to us. Next call he lost the keys to the bucket truck, which he did not need to complete our job. The next dozen calls were unanswered. After 7 weeks I think it's pretty clear they have no intentions of returning. They seem very honest and down-to-earth hard-working people but don't be fooled, taking money for a job you have no intention of completing is not different than a thief.

I hired Boone Tree services to top and shape a Sugar Maple in my yard. They were professional on the phone and gave a reasonable, competitive quote. They showed up on time, did a fabulous job on the tree and cleaned debris. I could not tell they were there. They were very friendly and knew their business. I plan on asking them back and I have already praised their service to neighbors and friends. Thank you Boone company for a fine job. Best of luck with your future endeavors.

I would not recommend using this company. Last summer, Boone's Tree Service dropped a tree on our zip line, left without fixing or telling us that he had done so, and charged a bill of $300.00. The original price was $600.00, however, he left a note in my office stating that he was charging us less so that we would have him do future work on our property. Once I found the tree on the zip line, he would not answer my phone calls. I was only able to contact him after calling from a different number and leaving a voice mail with an accent. This incident left us without a zip line for the summer. It was very disappointing considering that it is one of our main attractions.

Called them back in 2020 to remove some trees. Gave quote, wanted payment in advance(which did not happen) and never returned as they said they would. To this date, I haven't seen or heard from them despite calling them numerous times. O7/16/24
