Thought I had already posted. So, if duplicate, my bad We have used Brian a couple of times. Very happy with the purchase of an a/c but a couple of issues on the purchase of a dehumidifier. I will say that Brian is truly a man of his word. Brian assured me during the process, he would make sure we were happy, and, I am happy to report he honored his promise. So thankful to have such an amazing local, but will travel, business! They gave us the best price in the tri-state area on our new air conditioning unit! Installation was prompt and professional and the customer service was top notch!!! We received our warranty papers promptly and they have answered each and every question we have had! Our air went out at the end of the day, Bootheel had someone out within the hour and had us fixed as soon as our part arrived! We went from 86° to 73° in no time! Thankful for their time and business as summer is upon us. Very efficient, professional and affordable.

Says their 24 hours. Called left a message like stated and never received a call back. Not a good look.
