Excellent service! Quick to respond, was able to get the HVAC unit diagnosed and repaired the very next day - huge blessing given that its Mid July and temperatures are easily reaching the 100's. Our service guy was thorough and took the time to address and explain things versus throwing a bill on the door. Would absolutely hire again and recommend to anyone having issues.

They are fast, efficient, very knowledgeable, and treat you as family. I am thrilled at the professionalism shown by the customer service rep that came to my house and the service from the office staff. They addressed the concerns and even helped find other help when it was a service that they didn’t supply. 10/10 customer service. Definitely recommend!

The guys at Rick Leonard have done work for us several times with twice lately at 2 locations. The one done in our basement was labor intensive but they did a great job. I would highly recommend them for any of your needs.
