These idiots are absolute clowns. You would think that if you were the distributor of your own product that you would know your product. We sent them multiple pictures of the existing roof so that we could order the exact tile, that they distribute, for an addition to the house. These clowns sent the wrong tile and refused to take it back or exchange it for the correct tile. We ended up having to buy double the amount of tile for this project because they have bought up all of the competition so we are forced to deal with them. They refuse to work with us in any capacity because they know they have a monopoly in this market and they choose to run a business without any integrity. I have already sourced this tile in other cities and will be paying extra for future jobs to have it shipped in

We recently replaced the discovery centers roof at Newman Village. I was unfamiliar with this particular tile and pan so obviously I am going to trust that the area rep is going to have my best interest at heart when helping with the order - you would think right? Well he told me not to worry about it and he needed me to send him the eagle view so he could order the correct items. All good. I trust you brother!!! I. So what happens? We do the roof and we have the typical amounts of waste due to broken tiles and broken pans but explain to me how we have less pans installed on the entire roof then what I have left over. Hanson makes great roofing products from cement and they hire excellent staff. Some tile won't lay straight. Hanson's products are perfect.
