My husband and I searched for about two years to find a company we could really trust to do an overlay on our driveway and walkway with stamp and stain. Our experience with Borders by Design was extremely favorable. Simon and his crew took up ceramic tile from our existing front patio and added a 6 foot extension to the patio. They overlaid the original concrete with 1 1/2 " of concrete so they could stamp and color the entire old and new patio. It came out beautiful. They did a great job! Simon is very professional. He communicates well as to planning and preparation leading up to the actual job. His crew is very skilled. We had some curves and special slopes we wanted. Everything came out perfect! Very satisfied. Highly recommend! Over the years we've general contracted 3 houses so we dealt with many contractors. Simon is one of the best!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! From the beginning to the end, the experience was phenomenal. I had been quoted from several companies but Borders by Design was by far the easiest to work with. The communication throughout the process was constant and I appreciated how they guiding me through everything. Post completion, if I have any questions or concerns, they are still so helpful and amicable to answer and help. I would definitely use Borders by Design again and would recommend them to everyone.
