I would like to say Phil and brad was great. My sister needed to get her septic tank drained. They were so patient and helpful and explained some septic issues to her. Very pleasant and respectful to deal with. She will definitely use them again!

Jody and his crew were amazing. They were extremely knowledgeable and informative. Took the time to troubleshoot the issue. Gave options on components / recommendations without being pushy and overalll tidbits of information I should be doing for the longevity of the system. Will be to go-to for all future needs.

We called and spoke to an amazing gentleman in the early morning hours when we had an emergency with our septic backing up. He walked us through what to do to help understand what the problem was and he did everything he could to fit us in for same day appointment. Beyond amazing customer service which is so hard to come by these days !

Borger did a great job replacing my deteriorating riser. Jodi was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions and recommendations. The two workers expertly dug out the old riser, pumped out my tank and installed a new poly riser. The job was very neatly done and left very clean. Very satisfied with the outcome. Would highly recommend Borger Septic.
