We had a confirmed scheduled appointment a week out and two days before the inspection he cancels on us saying we didn’t give him our email- which he never asked for- and says he didn’t like the listing description. Yes it’s an older home so more may need to be inspected, but this screams laziness to me. Now we are scrambling to find someone at the last minute which is almost impossible and it may ruin the whole deal. If you are going to cancel do it well ahead of time so we can find someone else. Steer clear. Very unprofessional and our realtor had confirmed with him multiple times in the week leading up to the appointment.

Bob was very professional and thorough. Again, hendid an awesome inspections , explained along the way, and was honest and fair price. My clients were ablento make and educated decision on purchasing their home, and knowing what they were getting themselves into. Bob offered us some great tips and advice. We look forward to working with him again in the near future.
