Very rude. Said he refuses to do a warranty with Husqvarna. That’s the shop that Husqvarna wants me to use and he said he won’t do it because they won’t pay him. I said it just needs a diagnosis, then they will pay or replace it. Still refuses and was rude. Sad!!!!! Do not waste your time!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!

Been going to Richard for 4 years now. He’s the only one I let touch my saws. There’s an honesty within his work and word that you don’t find anymore. A dealer will tell you it’s a “$300 fix” and Richard will laugh and have it fixed for $20 in 20 minutes. Thanks Richard!

Best chain saw shop around anytime I ask about something Richard has an answer and has all the gadgets in stock. He is great at sharpening chains and any repair work you may need. Every time I leave I have a smile on my face. Thank you for the new 395 xp it really rips!
