The woman on the phone was nice. The male owner of this business has extremely poor customer service. Got extremely rude and over sensitive over the phone when simple questions asked about a job he was being asked to do. If he thought we would be too difficult to please with what he could offer (which by what he described was not even the correct method to do the job, but we never said that or were rude at any point), he could have kindly declined and said there’s nothing that he can help with, but instead he hung up with a snippy attitude. I even called back to apologize first thinking we somehow did something wrong (which we actually didn’t btw and I regret and take back my apology), but instead of taking accountability for his rude behavior, he just hung up again. They're flexible and will work to meet your timelines, budget, etc. I had quartz installed in my kitchen and laundry room and the end result is impeccable.
