Donovan, J.J and Dachiel were awesome they and the rest of the team did an amazing job. The generator unit and propane tank were installed up and running in 5 1/2 hours, leaving the area restored and cleaned up. After my experience with the permitting group in Atlanta I was concerned about the installation going wrong. I realize dealing with the city of Cape Coral is difficult, but after several trips to City Hall myself and 4 months later I’m convinced it was not all the fault was not the CC permitting office. On Feb 25, a tech from another generator service responded to our request to check our liquid cooled Generac as it had stopped working. He spent 3 hrs and told us we needed a new stator, rotor, solenoid and the propane was not properly installed. To do that was going to cost $12000 or for 14000 they would replace it with an air cooled unit. We decided to call your company for a 2nd opinion. Your technician diagnosed the problem in less than an hour. Result: rats had chewed on the electric lines. As soon as he fixed the damage the generator started up and is working great. Thank you for responding so rapidly, communicating, and saving us thousands of dollars. Landon did a superb job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We now have a service we can trust.

Bo’s did an excellent job with the installation of my generator from start to finish. Their electrical guys Donovan & JJ were very good using caution and care while in the attic and with hooking up to the service panel. Bachiel was great at communicating with me about the entire process from the start. Shawn will be back to install the propane tank for a seamless installation. I am extremely pleased with the level of service that was provided to me.
