One feature I really appreciated is the EV charging stations available on the middle level—this is a huge plus for anyone driving an electric vehicle. The pricing is moderate and fair compared to other garages in the area, which makes it a reliable option whether you’re stopping in for a few hours or staying longer.

Deceptive and dishonest business practices. I parked here during the recent snow emergency because it’s on the city’s list of approved garages offering $2/day rates while there is a snow emergency. However, because I left my car for one extra day, I was charged twice at the non-snow emergency rate. If you don’t get your car within 2 hours of the ban being lifted you pay full rate. This policy is not stated anywhere. It’s a complete scam designed to extract as much money as possible. Complete and utter nonsense. Avoid.

We parked here in the afternoon and returned to our car around 6:20 PM to leave, only to be told that the garage exits were closed and locked due to a parade outside. We were physically prevented from exiting for over an hour. There was no signage, no warning at entry, no notice when paying, and no verbal disclosure that this garage could be closed or that exiting would not be possible at certain times. Had we known, we would not have parked here. Events like parades are planned well in advance, yet customers were given no communication, no alternatives, and no option to leave. Being trapped in a paid parking facility without warning is unacceptable and reflects very poor management. This was a frustrating and stressful experience. I would not recommend parking here.

I made a reservation to park, pre-paid. But was denied entrance due to the garage being full. Clearly ProPark is not familiar with the concept of “reservation.” It ruined my evening as it was a busy night of holiday festivities so it took me an hour driving around full garages and getting stuck gridlock to park, missed a good part of my evening plans. And my requests for a refund so far have gone unanswered. Shame on Propark.
