Boston Joe's Appliance Repair

Fantastic experience working with Boston Joe's! I had a broken dishwasher from Bosch. The coordinator was helpful and effective over the phone. She got me situated with the warranty authorized repair and squeezed me at a convenient time. The scheduling and rescheduling was clear and effective. I even got a phone call ahead of a blizzard about schedule arrangements. Bruce and Joe are amazing repair technicians. They are knowledgeable, careful, smart, and helpful. They helped us with other appliances at a reasonable price. They are more than welcome to come over again! Regarding other more critical reviews, the manufacturer could be the problem. Had Joe come out to diagnosis the problem. He was on time, pleasant, polite and great customer service. Said he needed to order a part. Would definitely use th em again. Under warranty thru Lowe’s. So didn’t need to pay any money.Thank you Joe.

Dont let the lower review score deter you. Joe S (service manager) is super personable and knowledgeable. The appt was made and service was rendered same day! Ive worked with them in the past and they've always come through. Note to company....push for more positive reviews. You deserve it!

Fantastic Experience. Bruce was my repair tech. He was super nice, prompt, efficient, and explained the repair as well as why he needed to order a part. As soon as the part came in, he immediately scheduled a service for replacement. He called before arriving and had great communication. I am super happy!

The office manager actually hung up on me — completely unprofessional behavior. The staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly lack even basic customer service training. If you enjoy being yelled at by someone who can’t communicate clearly and then waiting weeks for repairs that never get finished, this is the company for you. We’ll be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Consumer Protection in hopes that someone finally holds Boston Joe’s accountable for its poor service and business practices.
