Boston Lemus Moving Inc

I literally just used this company for the first time. Pricing is reasonable and speed of service is good but QUALITY is horrible. I wasnt going to put this review up and tried to handle this with the company personally. They take no accountability and go by hear say of the movers. I moved from a storage unit to a home. The storage unit was done by professional movers as well. I was present when the storage unit was loaded by the other movers. I seen where things were placed and was asked whee to place certain things if they werent sure and they did an excellent job, especially fragile items. And they wrapped the tvs in heavy packing blankets etc. placed the 2 tvs separately away from each other and on my couches. I used this company Lemus for the 1st time because of the pricing. I guess

Jorge, Rima, and the entire Lemus team are truly great at what they do. We moved across the country with 2 trucks, 4 toddlers and a dog and it was about as smooth as we could have wished for. The communication, pricing, and effort from the team were all top-notch and we will be recommending them to everyone we know in the area. We truly could not have had a better experience!

Jorge and his crew were great. Arrived early and worked hard the entire time. They moved our home out in about an hour and then put it all in storage for us one state away. Very fast, professional and careful with our items. We would highly recommend them!

Great experience with this company. We have never hired anyone to move and this company made the process very easy and smooth. The quote was straight forward and the lowest around. No hidden fee and the representitive answered all my questions. They called me to let me know closer to what time they would be arriving. The three men who came were strong and efficient. I'd like to start off this survey by very highly recommending Jorge Lemus and his team. They were going above and beyond moving us from Boston, MA, to Southwest Florida, where everything arrived unharmed, meaning, in top condition. We did the boxing ourselves, whereas Jorge and his team took care of all of our furniture, including disassembling a reassembling our two beds, and cushioning all items, wow! The 1,500-mile trip took Jorge only 48 hours. It's just so amazing to feel their kindness and positive energy even though it was very, very hard work.
