I have no idea how Caleb operates this scam in such a small, well connected neighborhood. He has you sign a contract for snow removal, then never responds to your messges and never shows up. If he does reach out, he'll claim there are operational issues, promise to come, wash, rinse, repeat. DO NOT do business with this person unless you're open to getting scammed. We will be taking him to small claims court to try to recoup our money.

We paid for snow removal for the 2023/2024 season, and they did not remove our snow. We complained each time, and Caleb apologized profusely and promised us he'd refund us for the season; however, he said he needed us to wait until the spring so he would have the cash. He never refunded us despite various follow-ups and then completely ghosted us. He doesn't answer calls, texts, or emails, and he hasn't in many months. DO NOT trust this company. They stole $1.4k from us and gave us nothing in return.

I needed to have a wall patched and painted and some crown molding replaced in my Beacon Hill condo. I reached out to a few folks I found online and Caleb immediately contacted me while others never followed up. I checked out Boston Real Estate Concierge's website, which most other businesses did not have, and the website was impressive. Caleb came out the next day to assess the project and gave recommendations of other improvements I could make as well. He was very knowledgable and encouraged me to review other estimates from other companies as well. Caleb promptly sent me a proposal for the full scope of what we reviewed in person, which was the exact same price as another estimate I received. Recently Caleb and his associate, Octavio, did a great job power washing my deck and my neighbor’s garden patio. They took their time and the results are impressive. For several years Caleb has also taken care of the winter sidewalk shoveling for my building. He and his crew are prepared for every snowstorm, no matter how severe. I will definitely hire them for other exterior and interior jobs.
