My granddaughter‘s purse was stolen with her car and unfortunately spare car key in it. She was marooned in a parking lot so when I got there, we called Chris. Though he was on another call at the time he gave us a precise time that he would meet us in the parking lot We grabbed a quick dinner, turned around and went back to the parking lot where Chris showed up exactly on time, opened the car made, two new keys at what I feel was an extremely reasonable price. Such a valuable service! Chris was extremely courteous and professional. I highly highly recommend him

It was a very good experience. I needed two cylinders rekeyed. Probably routine for them, but after working with Modern Hardware unsuccessfully (including costs for unneeded parts) I was very pleased they were able to do what needed to be done.
