Great service. 3.25” prefinished white dog that I ordered was very nice grade. I had to return one box that we did not use and there was zero issues with return. Great people at the counter, guy loading you up and delivery guys that drop off on site.

Quality product reasonably priced. I purchased 3 1/4 inch prefinished White oak. This is my second time purchasing it.

I had to buy about 650 sq feet from this place, and the contractor sent me there. They are so rude and condescending. They offer 0 help. You are on your own if you don't know what you need. I had to go a couple of times as we needed more and each time it was stressful to try and speak with them. Now I am doing a second renovation on a different property and decided I rather drive 30 extra minutes than deal with the rudeness. Also, I told my contractor and he told me he gets this review from many of his clients. They act like they are doing you a favor so I rather go somewhere business is appreciated.

Higher quality hardwood than any big box store. Great delivery and nice people. For professionals.

Went to this location as they were the only floor supply store open past 1pm on a Saturday. I think he was the owner, but he was incredibly rude. I am usually pretty easy going , but wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Will make sure to plan appropriately next time to ensure I never have to come back.
