Scheduled for a technician to come to take a look at the the broken furnace with smell, never get a call from tech when they will come, never showed up at the scheduled appt, called the customer service 3 times throughout the day, always say the tech will call me and no tech calls or follow ups. Call again 1hr post appt window, no one calls or get a confirmation of weather the tech is going to show up or not. Just completely hang up my call. me including so many people in the house are waiting for the appt and all day schedules are hanging up due to this is very frustrating and unprofessional.

Went to visit the location to buy parts at the address listed and it doe not or ever did exist tat this location.

Outstanding performance. The technician came very quickly and did a great job in a timely manner.
