Bottini Fuel

The new owners of the boutique fuel now customer service is Horrible. I an individual with a heart defibrillator. They turned off my propane tank and I was not here so now I have no heat in my place. I had gotten real low so my furnace Was not heating very well. On my way to work they called me and said they shut it off and They would have to come back in and turn it on and check the furnace inside. In order for me to have heat back on they violated the individuals with this abilities act. And they wanted me to call back for the emergency service so I pay a fee. For them to come back and turn it back on. The office personnel do not know what’s going on for one minute to next. Something has to change. I must give praise to Tim our delivery person. Although we run low sometimes before delivery date Tim works around the clock to be sure Bottini delivers their promises. Tim came after 8 last night in the cold with a smile and he had more deliveries after us. Thank you Tim for all your efforts to keep us all warm you are greatly appreciated and a huge asset to Bottini!!

Very happy with my recent service and delivery from Bottini! Our furnace went out earlier this week, and it took 4 visits from the repair team to fix it. But, they did not give up, came back promptly each time, and got it up and running! We were also due for our oil delivery today, and our dirt driveway is unfortunately quite ice-y. Other times we have been told that they would have to come back, but I watched our driver make multiple attempts today until he was able to get up close enough to extend the hose, and thankfully we were able to get our delivery, on the coldest day of the year so far. Typically we do not run out of propane however we did yesterday. I called the “Urgent line” at about 530pm last night and was told someone would deliver us oil last night. Spoke to someone on 2 ocassions last night- both said a delivery would be out last night! Nothing!!! Started calling at 530 am this morning and keep getting told someone would deliver today. Just placed another call and was told “no one responded to the request” they also can’t give me any timeframe to when we will get a delivery. Coldest weekend of the year so far and Botini’s “Urgent” service is an absolute failure! We have been customers for several years but will Deff be shopping for alternatives after this utter debacle! What is the point in an urgent line if they do not actually respond! It’s been just about 24 hou

cannot say enough good things about Bottini Fuel and especially their driver, Fred Geisenheimer. My oil tank was completely empty and I was originally told delivery would be in two days. I explained that I am a disabled veteran and could not go out to get diesel fuel as suggested. That evening, despite heavy snowfall, Fred came out to try to fill my tank but couldn’t reach it due to snow. After confirming my tank was empty, he promised he wouldn’t leave me without heat. Fred returned later that night at 11 PM with diesel fuel so I could make it through the night, then came back the next morning, cleared a path through the snow, and filled my tank completely.
