Sean and Ralph promised the work would be done well and on time and they kept their promise! The crew arrived at the exact scheduled moment and worked very quickly and efficiently throughout the night. Great Company! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff all the way around! Scheduled me promptly. Carlos showed up on time. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He cleaned my foyer stairs and upper hallway rugs. I also purchased a rug pad for my foyer rug, which he installed. Last minute, I added on my basement stairway and landing rug. All in all, the job was done in 1 hr. I am very pleased with the way my rugs came out and would definitely work with them again! Thank you, Carlos, for your expertise and hard work!
