Bottom Line Oil

Ordered 150 gallons on January 24th; that was a Saturday, and Monday was a big snow storm. Finally delivered on Monday, February 2nd. I didn't expect delivery on the Monday, the 26th, and Tuesday, the 27th, was a catch-up day from the storm. But Wed., Thurs., and Fri., with nothing was too long to wait. I was told I was on schedule for the Thurs., but the delivery didn't happen until Monday, Feb. 2nd. 9 years as a customer and this was not satisfactory.

Extremely rude customer service from a very condescending service representative who scolded me for waiting for my oil tank to be empty, as if I purposefully willed it to happen. She talked down to me like a child. If you hate your job so much, don’t work with the public and spread your toxic negativity to your customers, because you just lost one. Here’s hoping your day gets better and you don’t try to ruin anyone else’s with your toxicity.

Should be zero stars. I've ordered from this company for over a year w no problem and when they delivered oil to the wrong address due to confusion on my property ( 3 different buildings 1 lot) no phone call about the address confusion, no email. After calling 6 times about the mistake with zero calls back until today when I ordered again and left messages on the order site. They called today to state its my fault, wouldnt let me even finish a sentence and will not refund me over $600. ODDLY enough she made the mistake of stating "the driver was confused on the delivery so he knocked on the door of the property" but still claiming not their fault. Their reasoning for not calling is " WE ARE AN ONLINE COMPANY NOT AN OIL COMPANY " you order through them and they send it to oil companies. DO

Been ordering from bottomline for about 10 years. Never had issues. They are one of the lowest prices around. Delivery in my area in winter on Mon, Wed, and Fridays. Can't ask for more. Always satisfied.

This company sucks. They advertise fast delivery within 24 hours, yeah right. It takes two days or more (usually 3 to 4 days for delivery). Don't bother calling them because you'll get some rude person saying that there's nothing they can do to help you.
