We’ve been using Bounds for many years and continue to be impressed with their service every time. They came out today to fix our AC and, as always, the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technician was prompt, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with the system and how he fixed it. What we appreciate most is their honesty and reliability. We’ve never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs, and they consistently provide thoughtful, high-quality service. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. After so many years of great experiences, we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our HVAC system. Highly recommend!

Called at 430 pm to alert of flooding from ac was told we were next in line. 1030 at night no call and no show so tried numerous attempts to reach since we flooded and have no a/c and cleaned as much up as we can. Have a 6 year old and dog house is 89 degrees no one called to say you are off schedule at 10:00 pm. The owner was reached and still did not give an option outcome just a statement that they were busy. Still no resolution or upcoming appt! New home new ac and 90 degree home
