I do not recommend Joseph “Joe” Bourque of Bourque Construction. Save yourself the hassle and nightmare! I began my search early spring for a contractor to do an addition. As a disabled veteran, budget was important, as was time. Joe Bourque of Bourque Construction was highly recommended to me by a contractor and fellow veteran. Since he didn’t do additions, he recommended Bourque. I hired Joe Bourque of Bourque Construction to complete a handicap compliant addition. First and foremost, he knew time was a factor over money. His bid came in mid-range of other quotes, everything seemed legit, permits pulled, etc. the finished product
