Elderly parent getting run around after installation of furnace! The drip pan is uneven and continues to fill with water she can’t get to the pump to Check for a clog company refuses to look at it without a charge $110 an hour. She’s elderly on a tight budget this is poor business practice. Bowen installed this furnace new and the drip pan is uneven and the pump is 100% inaccessible . How can this pass as a correct install after 3 mos this issue is occurring? This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Called at 5pm. Making this review 24 hours later and still nobody has called back. I even called 40 mins after I made a request and was insured someone would call me in another 15 mins.
