We hired Bowers Design Build to build our custom home. We started the process with an independent architect believing that the best approach was to design the home and then put the design out to bid. Once we heard about Bowers’ complete turnkey operation that includes architecture, design and building, we engaged them to finish the detailed design work and product selections process. We hired Bowers Design Build to turn our unfinished basement into a beautiful and functional living space that includes a bedroom, accessible bathroom and kitchen w/ living room area. We reached out to Bowers Design about their other multi-generational projects as we wanted to move our parent in with us to age in place comfortably and safely. The Bowers Design Build team completely renovated the main floor of our rambler. The design is very creative and enabled us to add an extra bathroom, expanded owner’s suite and a larger kitchen and great room without impacting our yard space. We now have a house that “lives large” with a beautiful design inside and out. We love our highly functional floor plan and fresh new space.
