Bowie Construction did an amazing job of remodeling my house. Bob opened the living room, put in barn doors to my kitchen/family room! It was a huge endeavor as he had to bring in a huge support beam. Bob listened to what I wanted and work with me to achieve my dream kitchen. He coordinated all the subs and it went so smoothly. I get compliments all the time on my kitchen. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Bowie Construction!!

Bob overpromises and under-delivers. He seems to think that if he tries to be your buddy, you will overlook his lack of supervision or involvement. He has one excellent sub-contractor, who does his tile work. The rest of his subs are, by his own admission, brand new to him. None of them are professional or competent. The results speak for themselves. If I hadn't been on the site every day to give direction, answer questions and solve problems, we would not be anywhere near the point we are, which is 90% complete. Alas, Bob can't quite finish what he starts. Bob left an absolute mess when he pulled off without completing our remodel, with no notice. He is very knowledgeable and skilled with a wonderful team possessing a great work ethic and completing tasks with impeccable client interaction and communication.
