Darryl was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained my spetic issue in a simple way. He gave me a lot of information and I learned some new things. He fixed my spetic tank quickly, even though it was storming. He didn't try to over-sale unnecessary items. He was honest. I will definitely use them again.

Can you please put a lid on your water tanks???? I was stuck behind this dude for miles splashing water all over me every time he hit a bump. This video is a great example of how much water you’re losing. From Aubrey to Pilot Point, TX 8/21/24 around 7:20 AM.

Had an emergency situation on a Rick's Plumbing job in the afternoon on a friday. These guys showed up in full force, pumped down tank and had us back in service by 5pm. They had to do alot of other services that would require way too much detail to explain but they were punctual, professional and very good at what they do. Great people skills, stuck to their price quoted over the phone. We will recommend them to everyone.
