Hershy Decks

I did a rent to own porch and it was delivered in January 2022. I had problems with the stain looking bad and called them within 2 weeks of receiving it. They sent a guy out and he did a little stain on the floor and that was all. I called them back to complain and a gallon of stain showed up at my house. Which is rude and to expect me to stain the porch ?? I gave up on the company and well today I've been paying on it for 44 months of the 48 month contract and the stain looks awful. Looks to be 10 plus years old. Not such good company service. They won't do anything and I understand I should have pushed harder then and now I have a nice porch that needs to be stained when it should have been done right the first time. It was not high traffic here either , myself and my mom I cared for. I

They built my covered deck off premises so theres no mess no nails or wood lying around no noise or workers going in or out. When they are done they deliver it to you as promised . They were all very professional and made many considerations during the process. They communicated ideas well with me and as a result gained a happy customer . I will definitely have them come out again when I get the above ground pool to add on more decking!
