I had a great experience with Boxstar during my recent move from the West End to Alexandria. Russell was the sales rep who helped me, and he was very knowledgeable about the different packing options available. He didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need, which I really appreciated. The movers, Eden and Uran, were top-notch. They were very polite and worked quickly but carefully. I was especially worried about my glass-top desk, but they wrapped it so well that it arrived in perfect condition. They also helped me set up my bed and dresser in the new place, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. The whole process was very transparent, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. It's refreshing to find a moving company that is both affordable and high-quality. T

I used Boxstar Movers to move my parents from Bethesda to Alexandria with an extra stop in DC to pick up stuff from storage. Uka and Max did amazing job- fast, careful and funny the whole time. The move was smooth and stress-free, and their energy made the day actually enjoyable. The slogan on their truck made me laugh - it perfectly matched the vibe of the team.

Our moving team was phenomenal! Seriously, moving is hard enough and so stressful…to have Three (Isidro,Victor,Uran)extremely polite and smiling faces greet your family on the day of the move made everything better. Not to mention, they worked their butts off! Thank you, I don’t have enough kind words for all of them.

I had an out-of-state move starting from Carlyle/Eisenhower Valley, and I was pretty stressed going into it. Erick walked me through the whole process and explained the estimate clearly. Pricing was fair and matched exactly what I was quoted. Communication was solid from start to finish. Buzz, Eden, and Dave brought great energy and professionalism on moving day. They worked quickly but didn’t cut corners, wrapped furniture carefully, and secured everything properly for the long haul. Even after hours of work, they stayed positive and focused. All my belongings arrived safely out of state. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
