Boyds Septic

I needed my septic tank emptied, so I contacted Boyds, and Kyle responded quickly. He arrived the next day and, while digging up the tank lids, noticed that I had a sprinkler line and an electrical wire crossing one of the lids. He pumped out one side of the tank and gave me time to reroute the sprinkler line. Kyle returned over the next couple of days to finish the job. I would recommend Boyd's Septic Service to everyone.

I called this morning, and Kyle was at my house within an hour. He is very knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and caring. He completed the job by himself within 2 hours. It's a poopy job, but since he was brought up with it, he is keeping up the family tradition. He is very down to earth and has great family values. He quoted a price and earned every bit of it. Definitely recommend him and his service.

Kyle was able to come out next day and pump our tank. In and out in about an hour. Nice guy, good pricing, wouldn’t hesitate to use him again!

We just had our septic pumped out by Boyd's Septic and couldn't be happier with their service. We hadn't had it emtied the entire time we've owned our home...25 years, so we were really expecting the worst. Turned out there wasn't anything to worry about. The owner Kyle came out and did everything himself. What a nice personable young man. You can tell he cares about his customers. The cost is very affordable and there were no unexpected fees once he got here. It was exactly what was quoted over the phone. When the time comes and we have to do this again we'll definitely use them and we certainly recommend Boyd's Septic to anyone in need of this service.

We had a septic system problem right before the Memorial Day weekend. We called and they fit it us in as soon as they could without hesitation. No attitude like other companies sometimes give on the phone. Great customer service and true to his word about pricing. No crazy charges for the unnecessary. Just a man that wants to do his job and do it well. We definitely will be calling him again when the time comes.
