The website says “Customer Service Satisfaction Guaranteed” which is not true because I sent him photos of the terrible job he did and he did not respond after I paid him. These photos are from right after he left; it looks like my lawn was not even done. Then he was extremely rude because I asked him to move a hose. He could have just said, “Sorry, no I don’t move things.” Instead, he said, “it’s not my fault you don’t listen or read” and “I’m not your to do boy to move your stuff out the way!” The website says “no job is too big or too small” - I guess unless you ask him to move a hose!! 0/10 customer service 2/10 lawn care skills. I recommend literally anyone else.

Been cutting my grass for the last 2 years and never had an issue, extremely punctual and I always get reminders/notices on when he is expected to be there. My home was even featured on his social media page and that was a cool experience as well. Mr Steven is a good guy and usually the people who seem to be dissatisfied with his service are people who don’t communicate with him or follow his service request as far as scheduling and having your yard ready on your scheduled day. Communication is key in anything and grow it we mow it definitely sets the bar when it comes to communication with his clients.
