Another great experience with Boyer techs. This was a service call for a furnace that wouldn't ever try to light. My tech was competent and honest. Pricing was fair. He had me up and running again quickly. I've used them in the past for A/C repair as well. These are competent people.

We contacted Boyer to install a tankless water heater after our hot water tank failed. Luke visited our home to provide a quote, demonstrating extensive knowledge and a great understanding of our needs. Once we accepted the quote, Boyer promptly scheduled the installation. The two technicians who arrived were highly professional and courteous. They completed the installation with great attention to detail, leaving the work area clean and organized. Overall, our experience with Boyer was excellent.

The maintenance technician was prompt and thorough. I was very happy with his work and knowledge of the HVAC system operation. He corrected a filter flow issue that the original installers left with us and I really appreciated his pointing this issue out and correcting the matter. I would definitely request this maintenance installer for future maintenance appointments.

Have had Boyer come out to clean and service our furnace for over 10 years and have had no problems with that part. They have been very helpful with getting some problems we had fixed. I would say don't ever ask for an estimate for a new furnace because they will never give you one. We asked for one and we never heard back from them. However we did just get an estimate from the people they subcontract out to put in the new gas line from the street into our house but not from Boyer about the furnace. Guess they really don't want to do any new business and are happy with just service calls.

Called at 0800, friendly staff scheduled my service for that day and I was provided updated to the service time. Technician was courteous and professional fixing the issue within an hour. Very happy with Boyer and the service they provided on my tankless water heater that they installed ~ 14 years ago. Highly recommend
