Called multiple times to get furnace serviced for the season. First was told they "just stop in between appointments" and don't schedule servicing. Then they stated they'd fit us in since we had a specific day off. Never showed up on that day. Didn't answer the phone when called the next day. Called multiple times since and left voicemaild, and no response. Very unprofessional, and they drive right past our house multiple times every single day, back and forth.

Jack has been great! Very professional in his plumbing expertise and has helped our family at multiple locations with prompt service in the past year! His business is now in our phones and is our go to for plumbing and heating help.

This company repaired a faucet for a customer of mine that one of my employees accidentally broke. The price was fair, and they were prompt. They did not take advantage of the situation. I appreciate a company that is honest and fair.

I called them, they agreed to come to my house, showed up unannounced. Then looked at what I needed done. Said they could fix it, 2 months have gone by, 4 phone calls to them and not response. Thanks for treating a disabled Veteran in this manner. Yall are shameful.

Great experience. Came the next day, was very thorough investigating the problem, repairing it and explaining everything. Even moved things and cleaned when they were done. Can't say enough good about them.
