B/P is the absolute best! This company is always professional, reliable and friendly. We’ve been using B/P for years! Area rugs are taken off site, cleaned and brought back when dry, absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend!

I wholeheartedly recommend B/P Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. Bobby is a pleasure to work with and was able to come to our home the same day I called, the day before Thanksgiving, to save my white sofa from an unfortunate incident with a chocolate ice cream bar. He is the nicest guy and had our couch restored to new in short order. He removed the stain in our house with a nice traveling inventory of (magic?) solvents and cleaning and drying equipment. I am so glad I found him, as I fear this will not be our last fabric emergency!

we have a runner rug that goes from first to second floor. inherited from the previous owner and it looked very dirty. we called B/P and got a quote which was very reasonable. DeMarcus came the next day and spent well over an hour here. The result went way, way beyond our expectations. We were seriously considering getting rid of the rug, but now it looks almost new. These guys know what they are doing. period.

My love seat was cleaned by a very professional, courteous, efficient and friendly tech. The whole process was easy. This was my first time using B/P and I'll continue to use them in future. I have some rugs to clean! (Someday!) Just be sure you get your measurements right so the correct price is quoted and you're not surprised. Also, it seems you have to ask for any discounts - I received an offer afterwards, which I would've preferred to take advantage of. Thanks much.
