Ishmael was very knowledgeable and easy to work with from day one. He was the first person we reached out to when considering refinishing our floors. His friendly attitude and more than fair rates made us go forward with Great American without even consulting a second company. He did a great job repairing and refinishing our floors. Ishmael was terrific from the day I called him for an estimate. He took his time and explained everything that would need to be done, based on the work I told him I wanted. He was professional and easy to talk with. I called other companies, they were nice, but took measurements and left quickly , without much explaining. Ishmael's estimate was fair and competitive, I felt like I could trust him to do a good and honest job, thus I decided to give him the job. Ishmael is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and honest. He did a beautiful job repairing, sanding, staining, and finishing our wood floors. He works very carefully and cleans up after himself. Ishmael came in person to discuss what I envisioned, took measurements, then provided me with an organized document detailing the cost breakdown. He has great prices and will not over charge you as it is evident he wants the best for you and your home. He supplied references and a great website as well. Ishmael even came back on a weekend after the job was completed to trouble shoot a problem I was having with one of the outlets he used during the sanding process. Overall great experience.

Refinished floors and did spot repairs. Extremely patient and communicative. When I had a question about the work he did, he took the time to come over and explained the exact mechanics of how he replaced the floor and why he did it.
