This morning 11/06/2024 at 7:50am my children and I were crossing the street when one of the vehicles from this company and it’s reckless driver was making a left turn at a full rate of speed (approximately 50mph) on a 25 mph street. My daughter ended up jumping on my son to save his life. At first we thought there was no vehicle contact but turns out the van had impacted my 11 year old daughter. As a mother I WAS LIVID. I made the driver pull over and he REFUSED to provide his name and put his supervisor on this phone in which he proceeds to argue with me on how he had a green light to turn. CLEARLY this man has no knowledge on how to properly drive alongside pedestrian right of way. The man then continues in his car and attempts to run me and another witness over. I have been so impressed with B&P Chimney! They have done several jobs for me at this point over the course of a year and each job seems to have been done beautifully and carefully. In addition, any time Paul comes to the house to assess the situation, he takes quite a bit of time to explain to me what he recommends and why. He is also very honest about the scope of work. The prices are also competitive, especially for the work you are getting done, as well as the craftsmanship. And finally, Fabiola, in the office, makes setting an appointment or discussing any concerns a snap. I feel grateful to have had B&P recommended to me and I would not hesitate to now recommend them.
