No clear signage anywhere saying “cash only.” I told the manager they should post a clear notice so customers know before they park, and he sarcastically replied: “Who says there needs to be a clear sign? YOU?” Instead of owning the issue, he pointed to a tiny card taped to the inside of the window — totally unreadable until you’re already picking up your car. That’s not proper disclosure. In 2025, it’s ridiculous for a business to refuse cards without warning and then act like it’s the customer’s fault. The guy clearly didn’t care, and the whole experience was unprofessional. I’m reporting this to the BBB. Avoid this place if you expect basic transparency or decent service.

Worst parking garage in the history of New York. The day manager is not smart. Does not know how to speak to people. A complete meatball. Parking attendants don't have drivers licences and they will joy ride your car. I give them no stars. I'm mad I pick 1 star.

Good place to park vehicle. Staff is friendly and works 24/7, but early morning shift only has one person intaking and retrieving the vehicle.

It’s connected to my building so I have a personal parking all year round don’t have to worry about anything the price is not that bad there are 4 different park attendants they all have different attitudes but it’s cool I just need my car parked not there to make friends

Convenient... except they (attendant) shouldn't touch anything other than the ignition button when parking/retrieving a vehicle. The auto functions we messed with...
