From the moment they show up, you feel taken care of. Friendly, on point, professional, and they move with a level of care that honestly shocked me. No stress, no attitude, no dragging their feet. Just good people doing great work. They treated my stuff like it was their own. Wrapped everything, communicated the whole time, and made what should’ve been a stressful day feel easy. The energy they bring is different—positive, calm, and efficient. You can tell they actually care about their clients. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THEM!

I've used BR Moving twice, once for a big house move and once for a smaller apartment move, and both times I had a great experience. They're professional and efficient, which makes everything go very smoothly. I highly recommend!

We had a house fire situation where we had to get everything we could out of our rental ASAP. Other moving companies in the area couldn't help us in the quick time frame we needed.... but BR Moving could. We were recommended to try them through local online forums. Not only did they get guys out there the next day, the guys that showed up were sympathetic to our situation, kind, and really busted their asses to help us pack up whatever we had left, load it into a truck, and get it into our storage unit without a single issue. Shout out to Eric G, Elliott, and Dean - y'all kicked ass. Sorry we were so tired and dead on our feet, but I can't appreciate you guys enough for all your hard work. Mover beware! Notice that most all of the positive photos on this yelp page are from the business itself and all the negative photos are from customers. Do not waste your money. Find anyone else to help you. Facts: We hired them for a full service pack and move on June 1. They agreed to start at 8am. They wrote down the wrong time, didn’t arrive until after 9am and didn’t start until 9:30am. Because they started late, they finished late, and the storage company we had secured closed. It was so frustrating because we just barely missed the closing time. They were able to alleviate the frustration by offering to store it in their own storage facility. READ THE REVIEWS before you decide to go with this company - there are many reports of stolen items, damaged furniture and horrible customer service if anything goes wrong including offensively low compensation offers. They are careless, unprofessional and my day of movers even told me our move should have been a 4-5 person job but they were trying to cut costs. They also sent a detailed covid protocol prior to the move claiming their movers would be wearing masks and gloves - none of that happened. Here’s my estimation - I guess if you are lucky enough to have a good experience, you’re ok. If there is ANY type of issue, be prepared for the worst customer service possible and to take a loss.
