Brace Flooring LP

We had our townhouse built 13 years ago by Heartland Homes and Brace Flooring was the flooring sub contractor. We met with them several times to discuss materials and installation. I specifically asked them about using Hardi or cement board as an underlayment for their tile. They repeatedly told me it wasn’t necessary, they were professionals and knew what they were doing. I argued that the tile and grout would crack but to no avail. Two years later the grout began coming out, then the tile cracked, they would not return my calls. I removed the flooring this week to find almost no thinset on the floor. Wouldn’t call this a professional installation.

We had damage due to flooding and were in a scramble to get the carpet replaced for our kids' play area. They were incredibly kind and accommodating. Worked with our budget and we're able to install in a week! It was nice to be treated with compassion and understanding during a stressful and unexpected time. Our new carpeting looks and feels great!

We had a townhome built in 2020. Brace flooring was sub-contracted to install our bathrooms. We wanted Earth-tones and terra cotta colors. The Brace Flooring consultant convinced us to install imitation marble. This was a huge mistake! I regret this decision every time I walk in to our bathroom! I think they were trying to unload inventory. Extremely disappointed!

What a friendly group of people! Mr. Brace was more than kind in helping us complete a fireplace refinishing project with a beautiful tile. The ladies in the showroom helped us pick through options and quickly understood the look we were going for to direct us to some great choices. They even put a smile on our little one's face by letting him watch the big machine move some boxes around (from a safe distance of course)! We will definitely return for all of our flooring or tile needs in the future.
