Very Happy with work done by Bracken from start to finish. Dan was clear and informative when evaluating the basement. Work started and completed on schedule. The work crew, David and Wesley, were great. Patiently answered my questions, worked quickly, and cleaned up the work area completely. Would be happy to use them again if need arose.

Ebensburg Residents: Bracken Waterproofing installed an interior french drain in our basement, carbon fiber strapped a bowing basement wall, installed two sump pumps, patched cracks in our retaining wall with hydraulic cement, and rerouted our gutter downsputs. It was a three day job. We got 3 bids, and not only was Bracken 1/3 the cost of the next highest bid, but we got more service then the other contractors were willing to offer - the other contractors wanted extra for patching the retaining wall and rerouting the downspouts. Hired Bracken to do an interior French drain and a sump pump for a house I am selling. My buyers had requested this install before we could close on the house. Danny came out quickly to look at the project and was able to give me a reasonable quote on the spot. After my buyers dragged their feet for 2 weeks trying to decide if they wanted to take a credit they returned to the original plan of having the install completed before we could close on the house. Needed a company to fix my home's crawl space foundation central supports, block exterior vents, grade and do a full enclosed encapsulation. This company gave us the best price for the quality, compared to other contractors in the area. Chris quoted us, saying the company could do all the work that was needed. He seemed like a knowledgeable contractor, so we started off with the company. After getting the initial quote I realized that Chris's measurements were too short. After contacting him about the error and him fixing the quote, I realized the new quote had an attachment and porch that couldn't be encapsulated included.
