Brad West Roofing & Home Repairs

Brad replaced some damaged decking & replaced my roof, Spring 2018. He repaired some window seals & frames in 2018 on my Mother’s house. We recently called him again to do some additional repairs. He replaced and painted area around the chimney on my Mother’s house, reattached gutters with screws, installed additional roof vents & replaced her roof. He always responds , estimates & completes the job in a timely and efficient manner. Thanks Brad for another job well done. 👍

I had a new roof installed January 2020. It leaked after it was installed and it took 7 months for Brad to finally come out and fix the problem. They left roofing nails all over the property and I ended up with two flat tires within weeks of each other. I put my house on the market in June 2021 and the inspector found areas where there was no flashing but it was a requirement to be up to code. He also found rotted wood due to the lack of flashing. Brad is extremely hard to get in touch with, he doesn't return calls, and i don't trust him to fix the issues the inspector found so now i have to pay another roofing company to fix what Brad left off of my new roof. If i had to do it all over again, i would have gone with another company even if they were more expensive. When everything is done,
