Brad is a true craftsman that treats his projects like he's working on his own home. He came highly recommended from a close family friend and the project came out better than we imagined. What started as a kitchen & bath renovation quickly grew to include replacing a failing staircase, re-routing major ductwork, a new roof (he had a guy), refinished floors (he had another guy), and extensive interior paint (yep, he had another guy). His skills are extensive. His tile work meticulous. His drywall seamless. Every single thing he did was perfect. When he'd break for lunch he'd watch videos on his phone of contractors doing something new. He lives and breathes this stuff. The guy is good. And super nice. His estimate for the job was better than reasonable and he handled the unexpected projec

Brad recently finished our second bath (new double vanity, flooring, bathtub and shower tile surround with two niches). It is beautiful! He did a wonderful job with attention to all details! I truly appreciate that he does the work himself and provides clear consistent communication. We had a few adjustments during the process (remove and add new crown molding, creating a second niche, etc) and he was completely flexible to adjust his plan to incorporate the changes while staying on time with the schedule. I provided him a design that we created and he followed it perfectly. We are hoping to do some additional remodeling in the future and absolutely plan to work with Brad again!

I would recommend Brad without hesitation. We were so satisfied with the remodeling of our full bath that we decided to have him back to bring our half-bath up to date. His work was is of high quality, he arrived on time and was very professional, honest, and blocked off the work area to contain dirt and dust...which he cleaned up to our satisfaction afterwards.
