My house is 76 years old, and when things break, it's always a hassle! The lock hardware for our back patio sliding glass door broke. I knew it would be challenging to find a replacement, but I did the usual — searched online and went to Lowe's/HD —but to no avail. THEN I remembered Bradenton Window, and I went to see them. They took the time to find the RIGHT solution, and I didn't have to worry about anything! Their showroom is clean as a whistle, and ALL the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Just what you'd expect from a locally-owned business, about as long as I have (70+ years). So, when you have issues with doors, windows, custom glass, and a WHOLE BUNCH of other stuff, do yourself a favor and go where they still know what excellent customer service is all about!

Bradenton Window was referred to me from The Home Depo as the go-to place for service for my 20 year plus windows suffering from UV damage to any plastic parts in the window. Talked there to Jane who was very helpful in setting up everything I needed to get the job done. I was very happy with the professional manner they showed to me when most service establishments have long ago taken their customers for granted. Thank you BWAP.

So thankful for this company! I own a vacation rental and my guests accidentally broke a window on the last day of their stay and I had a new guest arriving the following day. I spent hours calling around to find someone who could replace the glass quickly and all the other companies were booking weeks to months out. I’m sure the hurricanes made this more difficult as well. The very friendly and kind scheduler listened to my story and found a way day of to get me in for a window glass replacement. I know their team had to of been very busy but she found a way to help me. Going forward, I will always call these guys first and recommend their services to all of my friends. Thank you!

Bradenton Window is a wonderful company! I have a window pane out from a previous hurricane. Its an old wooden window with a small panel out. Jane on the phone was very very helpful in gettng my appointment set up and Gary is very skilled in old wood windows! I RECOMMEND!!
