Chris did an awesome job capturing and removing the raccoon from our attic. We did have some issues with the trap at our first attempt of capturing the raccoon, however on our second attempt the raccoon was very successful. The raccoon had entered our home thru the vent on the roof. Chris also replaced the vent and secured it to ensure no more visitors. I would recommend this black owned business to anyone
