We’ve had this company come repair some outlets through our Duke Energy electrical coverage plan in our 25 yr old triple-wide manufactured home. We had a problem with some outlets simply not working, and others were so loose inside that whatever you plugged in would loosely hang out or fall out, which was super dangerous with kids around, and utterly frustrating when you’re trying to vacuum. Though I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, he went above and beyond with his service. He didn’t try to upsell me anything (though he offered services when I was telling him about other things we needed done), gave advice and answered my questions, and it was overall a pleasant and stress free experience. John was very pleasant and professional and even wore shoe booties before completing the electrical service repairs inside our home. He even also gave me additional professional suggestions for both interior and exterior light fixtures while testing the voltage on all receptors. Will use again!
