Terrible craftsmanship. Put faucets in backward and told me that all faucets are different. Ran drain pipes up hill. The list goes on and on. Would not claim responsibility for any mistakes and blamed in all on the builder. Hopefully for NWA sake they’ll be out of business soon.

I would give negative stars if I could. Plumbed my house incorrectly burying my hot water manifold under my slab which created a slab leak. I am so happy my builder told me this company plumbed my house so I could give an awful review because after $2500 of repairs (from a real plumber) it was fixed properly. Oh and I left them a voicemail to call me back and they looked me up on LinkedIn instead of calling me back. People can see that by the way. Pathetic. Please don’t hire them.

For some reason this is the plumbing company that my builder decided was best suited to plumb my custom home. Absolutely the worst contractor I've ever dealt with as far as responsiveness and professionalism. Been trying to get several things punched out on my new home and it's pulling teeth to get anyone come back out and finish. The office doesn't even open until 9:00 a.m. and when I called at 3:30 p.m. the other day the girl had already left the office for the day.

Called about a leak, Brads plumbing came out and fixed it the next business day under warranty when it was the city line that was leaking. Nice people as well! People who leave reviews on a business for the driving need to get off the road I bet they were camping the left lane impeding the flow of traffic and got salty. Would recommend.

This is the most pathetic business I have ever encountered. Brad’s the rudest business owner I have encountered in my life. Do not use this company…ever. You will be sorry.
